Terms
1. Monthly rolling contract that can be changed at any time in terms of cover required. Longer term contracts with additional discounts are available on request.
2. Payment is by standing order - bank to bank.
3. All prices exclude VAT.
4. All schemes include one test per quarter but additional test are available at extra cost.
5. All schemes include a monthly report sent by email.
6. All schemes include a Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plan template for the client to use as they see fit.
7. All schemes include 8/5 telephone and email support. 24/7 support available at extra cost.
8. Migration, training and consultancy services are available at extra cost.
